Important notice: BERG is a membership-based association. BERG does not directly provide insurance, and does not act as an insurance intermediary. Coverage is provided through Alpenverein membership, and is governed exclusively by the official Alpenverein terms and conditions.

In case of emergency:

Before repatriation, transport, inpatient medical treatment abroad, or transport to the country of residence (except in the case of rescue), you MUST contact the 24h emergency service. Otherwise, a maximum of 750 EUR can be compensated.
